We begin with a short intro call to align on goals, constraints, and success criteria. If there is a fit, we move into Discovery and deliver a written implementation plan with milestones, timeline, risks, and budget envelope.
We do not pretend to give a final number before Discovery. After architecture and risk analysis, we confirm a realistic budget range and phased timeline with clear checkpoints.
Change is normal. Every scope change goes through impact assessment first: timeline, budget, and priorities are updated before implementation starts.

The client owns the codebase, infrastructure configs, and documentation under contract terms. We build systems so your internal team or another vendor can take over without artificial dependency.
Yes, we sign a mutual NDA before deep technical discussion. Security fundamentals are part of delivery by default: least-privilege access, environment separation, and controlled release practices.
